Christopher Raeburn AW17 menswear - CUT' N SHUT

For AW17 Christopher Raeburn takes inspiration from Ellsworth Kelly's deceptive , ground breaking and humorous ghost army to create a collection that aims to conceal, confuse and reveal a playful and innovative experiment of deconstruction and reconstuction.

REMADE highlights start with a wool blanket bomber shell, appliqued duffle, biker and bomber jackets.....

.... whilst bomb disposal utility garments have been CUT'N SHUT to form anorak and parka coats.

Remade field jacket and bombers have been constructed from British multiterrain smocks.
Parachute material has been used with elevated REMADE branding for the first time across joggers, crews, tees and hoodies.

Raeburn collaborates with Eastpak for a three piece capsule collection of bags in remade cambouflage and fluorescent detailing. Every season Raeburn introduces a new mascot  and in keeping with the deception theme, this time it is the chameleon.

Raeburn also collaborates with local denim maker Blackhorse Lane Atelier to create a lind of high quality organic denim jeans, individually numbered with REMADE pocket detailing.

Continuing on the success of past collaborations, Raeburn and Clarks have collaborated to created high top boots with utilitarian details.
